Why Shoolace?
This site was born on 3rd of August, 2008 from the stables of a VTU Electronics & Communication Student with craze in Computers & Internet.
This craze expanded into Web designing & Development & was fuelled by my close friend , Mr. Andres Venton.
One day, I was explaining to Arman(a friend), the exciting world of Computers & Internet! Arman got excited! The next day, he comes up with a funny name for the registration of a website, named "shoelace". I said, "what the hell is this name?" Arman spelled it "Shoolace". Wow! What a name!
Immediately I asked Andres Venton to register this domain name & lo, Shoolace.com was born.
Excitedly I informed my friends about this name, and it got instant visitors with VTU Results being the first page!
There was both critisism and appreciation for selecting such a name! But today thousands of visitor visit Shoolace.com directly at the time of results. After all its a funky name like "Yahoo" or "Google" is and is easy to remember!!
Regretfully, this site has never delivered to its fullest as it has not been formally launched. Fascinating things are awaited after a full audience research is done!
